“James and Barry have carried out several jobs for us in the two years we've had our own home. The first was the removal of a back boiler, the decommissioning of a hideous gas fire, updating all radiators and the installation of a new boiler in the loft. They had keys to our home for the duration of the job and were in and out whilst we were at work (our dog thoroughly enjoyed their company at lunch times!) and we felt entirely at ease the whole time. The whole process was explained to us and the house was left tidy and clear at the end of each day so we had minimal disruption. James returned to service the boiler when it was due and the same friendly and professional attitude applied. The next job was a total refit of our bathroom which included a lot of tiling, repositioning of pipework and negotiating a very wonky room! The finish was outstanding and they couldn't do enough to meet our requirements, despite me adding extra requests here and there (sorry guys!) again everything was left as tidy as possible and they did their best to leave me with facilities to use, so I wasn't without a toilet or bath for too long. We have also had an outdoor hot/cold tap fitted and couldn't be happier! I would 1 million % recommend James to anybody needing a reliable, professional, trustworthy plumber...they even do Kitchens! Which is next on our list so we will be in touch! Thanks guys, wouldn't use anybody else!”
